Hey guys, I just started my application and can't determine if I need to take medical exam. The IRCC asks for medical exam if my occupation field is related to health and nurse. The second condition is if I lived/travelled in specific countries for more than 6 months. I'm currently in Canada and lived here for one year, my occupation field will be related to IT. Should I answer "No" on medical exam?

Thank you! There is one more question I got. I want to write letter of explanation to explain why I skipped one of my terms. I got the medical record which is written in Russian and has notarized translation. This record is 3 pages long with translations. I know that LoE should be short and don't know if it's okay to include the whole medical record with translation.
LOE can go as long as you want, you need to submit all the proof, so go ahead and submit everything.
Write a letter on first page explaining what happened, and then next pages will be the proof.

In 2019 ircc asked me for my compliance with the study permit and i provided them with the explanation and supporting documents such as my medical record and my father was critically ill back home and mother which led to a very hard time on me but ircc accepted my explanation i have all the medical record and i went through counselling as well at that time i had a valid study permit when ircc asked me the compliance and after that i was approved for study permit extension. Now i have completed my course. Since then i have pursuedy course and was enrolled full-time. I am thinking of using all those documents again and write the same explanation letter with reference to previous explanation. Is it a good idea?

so what is your intention this time, as far as I understood you are enrolled in another program, do you want to apply for Study permit? or PGWP using reasons and explanation in the past to secure SP
I completed the same program. Actually i was in my last year when one day i just received a letter in my cic account asking for my transcript and my compliance with the study permit but i had valid reasons with supporting documents and now i have Completed my program and i will applying for my pgwp. I just want to know if i give reference to the old explanation letter for pgwp.
Thanks for clarify. Yes you can include explanation to justify your valid reasons. however, The reason were asked that time to justify if you are complying to the conditions of your permit, most likely after receiving report from your School. Im not sure how you will overcome gap in your studies when applying for your PGWP this time.
