Hey guys.. Can anyone tell me from where a birth Certificate is issued in Pakistan? From union council of birth place or from NADRA? And it must have names, birth dates and their marital status of my siblings as well??
Thank you all

Bro birth certificate is issued from the Union council of the place where your permanent residence address is mentioned. It is then issued by NADRA to the same Union Council office. If you didn't have it issued before, you'll have to go to the Courts and have an 'Undertaking' document issued by a Notary Public from the courts. On behalf of either your Father/Mother, you will address the fact that you require a birth certificate, and that you couldn't have it issued before. Your father/Mother will sign that document. Court notary publics know the format of this application.

After the Undertaking document is compiled, have both your parents' CNIC Copies attested, and submit these with your own Attested CNIC Copy to the Union Council office. They will charge a fee for this, but in a day or two, you will receive your NADRA Computerized Birth Certificate. Regards!

My pleasure bro :) :) Best wishes!
My brother sorry to bother u..can I ask u 2 questions?
1. I found my birth Certificate issued by NADRA in 2014 end..will it be enough or I ll have to make another one? I think it's good and no need to make another one..but just asking to confirm u.

2. I am 38 years old & I own a school & college.. I am managing it alongwith my father, He being CEO and me as managing director. The institute is 25 years old but I joined it some 2 years back..till now I was doing different HR jobs in private sector.. i am a certified HR professional and did my MBA HR and international HR certifications. Now my father wants me to also get an MBA Finance degree from Canada too so that I can have command on Finance side too and run the institute on my own in near future..So I want to show the institute as my ties in my home country. My other ties are my wife and 1 year old son who will stay back with my parents..we also have some land and houses too but it's not divided yet between me and my brother..we r 2 brothers..My query is how can I show that's it's my institute.. will my father write a letter on a letter head that iam Managing Director or show me as a partner bcoz till now there was no need of it. So we haven't discussed this yet..I want all these ties to be shown to get a study visa to show that i am a genuine student and will return back to run my business , as I saw in the forum too many study visas are rejected bcoz that VO is not sure that students will return back to there home country. Plz advise me.

Its no bother at all bro :) I'll be glad to help! I will answer your queries as per my own opinion and insights now:

1. If you already have the NADRA Birth Certificate, then there is no need to get a new one. These NADRA certificates are issued for life, and are not required to be renewed. This issue is resolved :)

2. As per your information that you've provided, you have the proof-of-ties to home country quite solid. You can ask your father to get that appointment/employment letter signed, but if you can show the ownership of the institution as being your own, as well as the finances generated (bank slips etc), then you can proceed to the next step with ease.

You should show your bank statements as well as a good sum of funds required to sustain your MBA in Canada. From what I've learned, a well established person with a good funding can get visa better than one who lists a more humble investment. But that is only my own opinion.

Similarly, I saw a few refusals based on the course chosen as being declared as 'Monotonous or similar' to the course an applicant already had completed by the Visa Officer. As you're choosing another MBA course on top of your previous MBA, it might get problematic for you in your pursuit of a study permit. Again this is my own opinion based on my research/perceptions. So some more experienced member(s) might be able to answer these queries in full. Regards!

Hmm..ok thanksss bro ..ur insights are quite true I must say..I've posted my queries in forum too to get advice from others too..let's see.. I ve currently 45000 CAD in my personal account. Will it do? Secondly, if my previous MBA creates an issue then I'll not show it and show my BBA Hons, although my previous MBA is in HR while now iam planning for Finance. I be been accepted in MBA at UNB though..but I dont know about VO if they create an issue with that..
Regarding ownership of my institute employment letter is not an issue but as u said I'll show it as solely my own but I ll arrange for new paperwork for it as it's in my father's name till now in bank and other registers etc. OR my father can show me as a partner.. will it do?

You're welcome dear! :)

Like I've said before, I don't have much idea about the 'proof of ties' factor and can only respond as much as I know about this matter. More veteran members will be able to properly address this query. Regards!
