I have violated my study permit by not enrolling on my classes. My university reported me to IRCC on december. I am currently in process for applying for restoration since my permit expired a week ago. Will I get a removal order for not complying with my permit conditions? My advisor told me I have a 90-day grace period since the time my permit expired, will that prevent me from getting removal orders until then? Im sorry for posting another thread it was an irrelevant question. My university immigration advisors are extremely busy and i can barely reach them so I am kind of stuck here, I'd appreciate any help I can get.

You are freaking out and post another new thread. You had lots of comments on the other thread about same issue, why not work on the advices given?

I am deeply thankful for all your advices and Im sorry about opening another thread. I just want to know whether getting a removal order is a possibility in this case because I had conflicting opinions about it. On the official website it says I may be issued a removal order but my advisor has told me I have 90 days from the point my permit has expired, regardless of me being reported to IRCC or not. I did not have the time to talk further about this and they will reply to e-mails in two weeks because of traffic.

Yes you have 90 days. Make things right with your school and then apply for restoration (if restoring study permit). Or apply for restoration of visitor status

I think the writer is looking for a YES or NO opinion to he/she question.

Your status expired a long time ago not a week ago. Your school reporting you would have lead to cancelling your study permit. 90 days is the normal period you have to restore your status so normally you would be past the point of restoration but as I explained yesterday you got really lucky and because of covid you are still able to restore your status if your status expired after January 2020.

If i do get a removal order how would I know? Do I recieve it in mail?
just my opinion from what i researched
They may call you, or write you for an interview. You may be called to fill out an inadmissibility report
They may ask you to bring certain documents. They may have copies of the same documents in front of them, but just seeing how truthful you are
Questions maybe why you let status run out?, if you have family in Canada like a partner, kids, and what status they have etc.
They could give you approval afterwards, or issue you removal order after interview, or let you know after a few weeks
Going to ~guess~ if you do get called for interview, and you dont show up for interview you could be arrested

So is there a chance I might face a removal order before the august deadline?
https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/corporate/publications-manuals/operational-bulletins-manuals/temporary-residents/study-permits/assessing-conditions.html#non-compliance
In this page it states that non-compliance with permit conditions may result in an exclusion order. In this case do I still have the 90-day period (Now August deadline because of covid) Because if that is not the case I will look into leaving Canada as soon as possible to avoid a possible 1 year ban instead of applying for restoration. So far I haven't heard anything since december when I was reported.
