Waiting for private sponsorship eligibilty interview since last 13 months, does any one know when process of interviews will start and will it be online or different??

I'm also waiting for near 13 months for my file they transfer to the embassy they called once on 25 Feb 2020 since then there is nothing no call and news from the embassy,
