Hello All,

I have a Masters degree from USA and bachelors degree from India. I will be pursuing a masters in computer science from canada. Can anyone tell me whether, I would need to take IELTS to apply for a student visa? I will be applying for a student visa from US. Please let me know I am confused.

If you have a degree from English speaking country, I think you are exempted. I was exempted when I applied for Canadian Citizenship

No, you can use your USA degree as proof of English as long as it meets the criteria provided in each institution's website.
