Got study permit refusal. Need help

I got my refusal for study permit. Reasons as follows.
1. Purpose of study
2. Low language test results.
I applied in Tav college, montreal(Quebec) for network architecture and design. I got refusal, whereas my freinds got approval with the band score. I meed your help guys about qhat should i do next. Should o reapply with same band score and explaining that i am a Bonafide student with same test results as the college has accepted me with this result.
It kinda urgent, will be really appreciated if you guys reapply me fast

No two applications are the same, you cannot compare your application with other applicants

You can’t compare your application with your friend’s applications. Redo your language tests because if you don’t improve your scores, it will be refused again. Just because the college accepted your poor scores doesn’t mean IRCC will. Purpose of study can mean that many things so order GCMS notes to get reason.

Based on purpose of visit and personal assets and financial status.

It was stated in the first that I had bulk deposits in my statement which I rectified that it was because it's an investment account(t.bills)
