Spouse added after a year my PR application applied, 3 years still in process.

Hi, friends

I need help. IRCC received my application in the early April 2018, and I got married in Feb 2019, so I added my spouse to my PR application. my spouse is outland, and I work in Canada.

late July 2020, we were asked to upload more files to the application, as well as medical exam results. It's about to hit 38 months, and my application is still in process,
and in my IRCC account, they are still reviewing my eligibility. We only have our medicals passed.

This is frustrating, I don't know when we can finally have the application approved. And being away with my spouse is so hard for me.

Could anyone give any advise or recommend me a decent lawyer?

I did, but it's always the same, only passed medical.
