I m In same boat..aor Oct 2019... remedical passed on 21 January 2021....no PPR.yet
Does not sound very encouraging. So you guys have been waiting for close to 4 months after re-medicals and there has been no update for PRV and re-issued CoPR?

@JagjyotSingh
Hi,
Can you pls share your experience of visiting Max New Delhi?

Also, did you face any challenge in crossing the border due to the lockdown?
Did you require an e-pass? If not, did it suffice to show the appointment sms?

Many thanks in advance.
@Jpsingh77
- No challenge whatsoever.
- No epass is required. We were not stopped by anyone. Borders are not closed.
- Talking about Max, they are doing it quickly since there is less crowd. Overall okay just they’ve increased the Medical exam prices. :(

Now my question is
- is the subject line same as the email from ircc
- the return email should be only template given with my application details

Can somebody reply asap as my deadline is also tomorrow, thank you.
Hello,

Why would they send you that email if they had already asked you for remeds which you have done and passed recently!?
Looks like they did not coordinate with your previous results... i mean you can mention to them that you are passed that phase, no?

if your remds are done you should be in the PPR waiting phase already but this email to me is like taking you one step back. I am confused..

But maybe better just reply to them as requested, and raise a separate webform that you have already passed your new meds.. good luck really.

Apologies i am not able to reply regarding the template or email subject, i didn't receive such email.

My Re-Meds are shown as passed on the 24th January 2021. It's been 4 months and no update till now.
HEllo ,

Are you a pre march 18 copr holder?
I also passed my re-meds on Jan 27th and still waiting for the next step.

My initial copr expired in dec 2020 and theyve asked me for remeds which i did in JAn 27th 2021 but nothing updates since then. I am hoping this doesnt take much longer...

Good luck!

Where is your VO?

Did you receive any 'still want to immigrate' email after you passed your remeds?
I am asking because i see some people have and it is frustrating, although i haven't received it, and hope i don't after 3 months from doing my remeds..

Hope we don't get to wait for too long honestly...

Mine is New Delhi VO. No, the email 'still want to immigrate' is sent before asking people for re-meds. If you have been requested by IRCC for re-med that means you will not be getting that mail. Instead, your application is already in process.

I also hope that we don't have to wait for too long, already been waiting for a very long time.

@sh221b Mr Holmes, I got my remed request on 8th March, did the remed on 9th March and it was approved in my GCKey on 5th April.
On 19th April, I got the "Do you still want to immigrate" email

NDVO, pre 18 march copr,

It is a capital mistake to theorize before one has data

Hi all

I got an email

"Do you still want to immigrate to Canada? Application# ************

Confirm that you still want to immigrate to Canada
Your permanent resident (PR) visa has expired. If you are still interested in coming to Canada to become a permanent resident, your action is required immediately.
If you do not respond as requested in this letter, your application for permanent residence will remain closed and you will need to re-apply if you wish to immigrate to Canada in the future."

What is the meaning of this email?
They are asking if we are ready for remedicals? If yes, we should reply to this mail.

Do they issue AL after this? or normal COPR with 1 year validity?
Can any experienced person help me with this and what should we do in this case?

Thanks

Hi everyone,
Need your suggestion!
I got my CoPR on 20 march 2020 and it got expired on 29 September 2020. Since then , I have not heard anything from IRCC despite raising multiple web forms. I received only generic replies . I haven't even received any letter for re-medical yet. Is it normal? Is there something that I am supposed to do ?

I commented based on my data. I got the email before the request for re-meds, which makes sense. But the chronology you mentioned makes absolutely no sense as why would one be asked to do their remeds and then ask them "Oh, would you like to Migrate?". And you can be the judge you want to state if it's a capital mistake or not !!!
