Medical Request New Delhi IRCC office

Hi All,
I hope all you guys are doing good and keeping well
My question here I have sponsored my family for PR which is residing outside Canada and there application was approved last year but becoz of covid they could not travel to Canada .
Now in the month of March 2021 my wife received an email from IRCC that is she still interested in immigrating to Canada .

she replied the email with yes after which again a new medical request was initiated but it was done for two people whereas on the application they were three people it missed my eldest daughter.

I have been writing to IRCC New Delhi office but I am getting a generic email response that my PR application is under process and to check the application to login in secure CIC website

do anyone of you guys have faced the similar issue and help me with a possible solution.

The medical request was issued on 19th April and I have one month time to complete the medical request for which I have to travel to Delhi from my city knowing the fact it is missing medical request one of my daughter .

last time they did the medical for all the applicant in the year 2019 when I have initiated their aplocation

My family sponsorship was done through paper application sent in Canada

Any help would greatly be appreciated...

The Delhi offices are in emergency only staffing mode so it may take a while to contact someone. Have you considered emailing the general IRCC webform? Due to the lockdown and covid situation in Delhi you will be able to get an extension. I would add the request for an extension in the webform although I'm pretty sure it is already in place for the hardest hit areas of India. It is not a time to travel or see a medical professional. Canada has been granting extensions for those who have received COPRs but it isn't indefinite so your family should plan on relocating once things calm down in India and when they are issued their new COPRs.

Thanks for the reply, but I am still awaiting for a medical request for my eldest daughter,they have once given there medical in the year 2019 as the medical only holds good for a year and because of the covid they did not travel to Canada last year and they wanted to travel right now but the process is again starting for them with the new medical .I have already submitted webform to IRCC New Delhi office but I have been receiving the generic email that my PR application is under process and I can check the status by linking my account online and stuff.

I even called IRCC contact centre in Canada and they have told me to contact New Delhi office through the web form which I already did and they have also shared their email id on which email already sent dont know what to do next.

I am sure I will ask for medical extension from IRCC as travel to any city is not worth a try, specially there is a lockdown in New Delhi till 10 May which may extend further.
