WES Application cancelled

Hi,

I had earlier applied wes evaluation for my spouse who did degree from Ethiraj college(Madras University).
Since we are in Canada, we reached out to an agency who said confidently they can process the WES request. But when l checked WES login recently I saw a notice "Your order has been cancelled because WES has been advised that the documents submitted are not authentic". They also mentioned the result has been shared with IRCC. Will this affect us when we renew the work permit?

Though the documents we provided are genuine, we are not sure what went wrong with the agency and university. Upon calling the WES, they said that the documents they received were forged/fraudulent and also they said we cannot apply it again. We feel helpless in this situation and need help.

Please suggest what are the options we have to process ECA.
Is it possible to process through WES again?

Is it Ethiraj College for Women or Madras University?

WES seems to review degrees from Ethiraj. I didn’t find Madras.

If WES says they will not process again, I don’t think you need to waste your time with applying again.

Didn’t wife’s university send the documents directly to WES?

Did your spouse attend classes or was it a program where only exams were written? Maybe the school is classified as a diploma mill.

From both actually. Madras university provides transcript for degree and mark sheet from Ethiraj college for women.

Agency whom we approached are not telling the details. They said they had submitted but we received email from WES that they were further verifying with university through written email. But in the end WES cancelled and said the documents seem fraudulent even though they are genuine.

Hi Same issue with me, , I have created my WES application dated 24-02-2021. Till dated 10-06-2021 evening my WES application status was IN PROGRESS. now when I am checking my application dated 11.06.2021. My application has been canceled by the WES. Also, I have not received any mail from the WES mentioning the reason. and all my transcript were 100 % genuine and I was full time student. Even BSC degree was sent back to university for reverification …..I saw the certificate and everything was perfect and university did mentioned GENUINE in it and after 2-3 days when I check it says cancelled. My university name is CSJM university (Kanpur university).
