Two PR applications at the same time, Express Entry and Family sponsorship

I hope you are well and safe.

I have a question regarding having two applications at the same time for PR.
I have been sponsored by my wife to get my PR inside Canada. This was done 3 months ago, and based on statistics it may take up to 12 months. At the same time, I have an Express Entry profile with a score of 442. Should I cancel my Express Entry profile? or you think it has not any effect on my family sponsorship applican?
