Hi! I need an insights regarding my POF. I’m applying for a student visa and my mother should be my main sponsor but the agency told me that my mom’s bank statement is too risky because transactions are coming in and out very fast. Meaning that huge amount of money are being withdrawn and deposited from time to time. But that’s only because my mom’s bank account is active due to the business. Now, my sister on the other hand is also willing to sponsor me. She’s residing in the US (we’re from Philippines) but the agency told me to only have 1 sponsor. I don’t understand why. Can’t they both be my sponsor? Who do you think fits best as my sponsor? Please help me.

You can have two sponsors, but you should designate one as your main sponsor and the others as people who can chip in as needed. That's what I did with my application a couple of years ago and they accepted it. Your mother would be a more convincing sponsor, but the transactions might raise some red flags with the immigration officer. You can try adding a letter with your proof of funds to explain the business transactions and assure the agent that your mother will be able to support you and your studies.
I had all of them submit a financial support letter saying they will provide support and their bank statements, and then I had my own letter that summarized all the accounts.
You also included the main sponsor in the summarized letter right? I don’t understand my agency. I hope they would just let me write a letter and explain the business transactions
Yeah, I don't know why your agency won't let you have them both. Mine had me write a bunch of letters for everything just to make sure
What’s your agency? Did you include vehicles in your assets for POF? Like for example, my mom has trucks under her name for the business. Should I also include the private car? Or i should only include it if its under my name?
