do it! of course you would have to pay the fees (again). Personnaly, i don't mind. I d rather do that than wait another 6 months and see my file rejected!
Really guys, from what we see from the GCMS notes, there is a bit of uncertainty, on one side IRCC wants increasing number of applicants to support the economy, and then they make the process that complicated that to under CEC program. They release draws with a cutoff as low as 76 but so slow to process applications.

I will for sure ! I am a bilingual nurse so no limitation for the new pathway that gonna open on may 6th. I might receive the notes by then. I will keep you posted. The big question is how long is it gonna be with the new pathway process to obtain PR ?
Tu es francaise? Moi oui! I think the new pathway should be very fast since they removed all the score...If you consider the backlog with EE, it should be quicker but this is my guess only.

That's why I am wondering if IRCC is going or is rejecting cases? Since CANADA is so in demand of workers (qualified) are they going to reject our case if there is a missing document? Like in my case, I was working for the french governement and they did not put any duties. They just wrote "teacher". I am now with 433 points instead of 483. Since there was a draw with a score as low as 75, is IRCC going to reject any case with a missing document? I understand the cut off was 475 (for my draw), but still...does this make sense?

True, I understand, they just compare the score with the cutoff of that particular ITA. As per the rate they want people to immigrate to Canada, they might provide some waiver. Just my views.
Its difficult here to get exact duties and job responsibilities on your Letter of Employment from Payroll/HR. Also the positions here are not clear.

I understand sometimes duties might seem confused but I provided 3 years of payslip and...a teacher is a teacher....and they should have checked this back in november or december since my aor is october. We'll see anyway...

I wish this were true... But we'll see. I'm trying so hard to be positive. I ordered my first GCMS in January and from that one it showed that they couldn't confirm my level of Canadian education from my R10 got completed in November 2020! However, they only requested ADR on March 5th (file was parked for almost 4 months). Now in review required and seems like it will be taking another 4 months before the file gets looked at again. Waiting on the second GCMS to see what's going on.

Same. They should have checked earlier. What makes you think it would take another 4 months to check? I d rather be rejected now! I sent webform and it s been 2 weeks but no news yet.

Just checked my December gcms notes and it is written R10 OK. What does that mean ?
it means you provided all minimum documents and if you application is complete. Not if the documents are valid or not (except the police reports).

would be great if you can write down the note where you have recommend pass, so we can understand better your application

I totally agree. It just common sense someone with experience and qualifications gets declined, while someone with the cut off 75 only needs to provided 1 cec experience. You dont need to include degree there, as 1 year gives already more than 75...

However IRCC is not known for having common sense....
