same here! no dates until JUNE anyways medicals are valid until 6-12 months I belive might well do it

Yeah but I got a vaccine appointment and it’s exactly at that time. I was thinking of going for the vaccine but now I think maybe I’d go with the medical.

I cleared my cache and downloaded IMM 8000 ASAP thinking they'd have updated the form (there's a drop down menu where you must select under what stream you're applying) to include the new streams. NOPE. I guess that'll fall within "Economic Immigration"

Until today, all forms appears out-of-date. Only a guess game on social media :)
One thing for sure: all documents are must have then wait

*There is no "Program" and "Category" (q. 1 & 2) in IMM 0008 for new-pathway yet. I guess the same as yours "Economic" :)

In that physician photos are taken in the spot, the staff will do it for you and after the urine, blood, pressure and physical exam you’ll do the x ray in the same building. Once everything is done they’ll give you the e-medical sheet with your picture, scan it and keep it for the application day as a proof of your medical examination.

Results are uploaded 10 days after the exam, if they see anything weird they’ll call for further testing. If not, it’s all ok.

Note that you won’t see the results, unless there’s something off or you’re willing to pay $15 extra, you won’t see the result and even if you do it’s up to IRCC to give you a pass or demand more tests.

Also, make sure to drink a lot of water for the urine tests. Ladies, make sure to track your period because if there’s trace of blood in your urine you’ll get asked to retake the test...if you’ve had or have your period they kinda give you a “pass”, guys are not so lucky so stay hydrated.
Thank you for this information, it is very helpful!!!

Hello all,

I am interested in applying to the recent graduate pathway for PR that will open on May 6th, 2021.

I have a question regarding the language proficiency test. I wrote an IELTS test on May 4th, 2019 and results appeared on May 8th, 2019. In this case, what's the exact expiry date for the IELTS test in this case? Is it May 4th, 2021, or May 6th, 2021? I would like to take a new test, however, all of the IETLS and CELPIP centers have been fully booked for the next months.

I would appreciate your feedback.

Thanks.

IELTS results are considered valid by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) for two years from the date of issuance of the results. Just submit your application before May 8th! Good luck/

Thank you so much for your reply! I appreciate your feedback!

The thing is that PCC takes a lot of time, and if they ask for it, then things are gonna escalate! That's for me at least.

When I spoke with immigration, they said that the information may not become available until the day that the applications will open.

LMAO RIP to their server, then.

Question about photos: Do we still need photographer's stamp etc. if they are digital photos? Do they still need to be recent?

They should be recent, I believe within 3-6 months from the application date, but for online applications, they do not need to be stamped.

Can you please list instructions for a letter of reference that a boss should write? I also hear some of you wrote their own letters and only gave to bosses to sign.

Okay, thank you!

The webinar is starting soon, https://event.webinarjam.com/live/54/38zg3inws95i4osn5m

Hosted by Canadavisa.

Joined briefly during my break. They don't seem to be giving any important information away, which increases my doubts about chatty lawyer's claims. I'd imagine that Cohen's law firm would have been invited to the briefing that was held last week.

I wont be surprised if our lawyer friend added two and two together to make out his own ideas about the stream for the purposes of selling his courses. No one else had corroborated the countdown claim for instance.

Atleast they're answering people's questions straight-out instead of talking un-related things. Kudos to Canadavisa Team.
