Hi! Can you please share your timeline?Just got approved this morning. Hoping for your approvals as well!
Hi! So sorry to hear that. I just want to ask if you have used the word "leaving"? It means a lot different from "living".Hi Guys need your advice.
Visa refused.
Reason for refusal:
- I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on the purpose of your visit.
- Your proposed studies are not reasonable in light of:your qualification, previous studies, mark sheets, academic record, level of establishment and/or of your future prospects and plans.
My Profile:
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
Work Experience: 8 Yrs Accountant
Chosen Program: Certificate in Business Administration (1 Year)
Marital Status: Married.
Stream: SDS
Tuition Fee 1 yr: Paid
GIC: 10K CAD
Application Submitted: March 26,2021
Biometrics Collection Letter: March 28,2021
Biometrics Completed and Updated: March 30,2021
Medical Passed: April 21,2021
Refusal & BVL: April 26,2021
Questions:
1. I mentioned in my SOP that my wife is pregnant (with medical certificate). She will not come with me. We have Housing Loan application and purchased a property in the Philippines (with supporting docs). My Family is leaving in the Philippines.
Then why they think I will not leave Canada After Study?
2. Do you think 1 Year Certificate is not enough? Is it worth to take 2 years Diploma in Buss Administration instead?
3. Do you think I should re-submit my application without changing the program but just rework on my SOP?
I would appreciate your response.
Kabayan, in your SOP, how did you explain the relationship between your bachelors in accounting to the business administration certificate? Or to your work experience? Graduate certificate po ba yung inaaplyan mong program? Take note po, ang college dito sa Canada ay lower than a university. College here is equivalent to a vocational degree sa atin.Hi Guys need your advice.

If magtake po ako ng Diploma in Business Administration. Makakatulong po ba yun? Kasi ang point ko po dito ay, yung Buss Administration ay makakatulong sken to fully understand the general business and hindi lang ako limited to technical accounting.Kabayan, in your SOP, how did you explain the relationship between your bachelors in accounting to the business administration certificate? I would suggest applying for a program related to accountancy. Much better if you will go for a masters program.
Best wishes to your application.
Not enough time to get a CEC minimum experience of one year unless makakuha ka po agad ng work offer habang nag aantay ka sa PGWP approval mo.If magtake po ako ng Diploma in Business Administration. Thank you.
Rejection usually happens when the intended study is not relevant to previous study or current work experience, regardless of program length.Hey folks , I ain't from Philippines but I came across many folks who were refused the student visa and the reason are the same for all. What is happening. Also I noticed the refusal happened to 70% fellas who enrolled to one year program.
Yes, po, since meron ka na po bachelors degree, hindi na po progression kung kukuha ka ng college diploma program. Mas mabuti po kung masters ang applyan mo na program.@rogelcorral
Meron naman pong Diploma in Business Administration Major in Accounting. Kaso ang worry ko, graduate na kasi ako ng accounting, so why to take another accounting major? What do you think?
