understanding gcms notes

Hello, i just got my gcms notes and i don’t understand some part of it.
So the eligibility is passed, biometrics is passed, medical is passed. however, they haven’t updated the biometrics and the eligibility on my application yet. In the gcms notes, in the correspondence section it gives me a correspondence id, document (original passport request) but the status says it’s not started. what does it mean?
Would really appreciate the help.

You can request at any time during the process but keep in mind it can take about 30 days to receive the Gcms Notes and these notes can be requested from IRCC or even CBSA as well. Most people think of only IRCC when requesting Gcms Notes but the same can also be requested from CBSA which often is a better choice.
