On the GC KEY portal, its mentioned that
"We do not need your biometrics"
But they have also sent a form in email for biometrics and its expired in 90 days, Do I need to get it done?

My Marital status has changed before getting AOR, how can I add my spouse in my PR application?

Same has happened to me got approved on Saturday morning but cant download it.
Yes you have to add your spouse to your application. You have to send webform to add you spouse to your application and have to provide her medical and pcc . Also if you don’t change your martial status, and didn’t inform cic you can never sponsor your spouse again.
