Student apply for visit visa for his parents no need lottery bru !
Don’t call me ”bru” plus you never specified and your post makes zero sense. You are talking about two things...his brother and his parents. His parents apply for visitor visas and it is not attached to his study permit. They need written authorization to travel. Why would he not mention his brother in an application?

Where is his brother and how old is he? Don’t understand why he didn’t mention a brother.

You can tell yourself/your friend that by listening to the "consultant" and not listing family members on the family information form, you've/your friend has misrepresented yourself/himself which can indeed cause problems. There is no real solution to this if you insist on helping your family apply for a visa - you have to mention it and hope you don't get into further trouble, which is better than not mentioning it and hoping you don't get into further trouble.

You should also check to see what other things your consultant lied about.

He is 26 he didn’t mention becouse counsultant has said don’t include brothers in India now
This is misreprentation. His brother is over 22 but no reason not to include him. Hopefully he doesn’t intend to immigrate to Canada. His parents can apply for a visitor visa but need written authorization to travel to show their visit is essential. They need to be truthful.
