Parents on TRV

Hi can someone tell me if i can bring my parents who recently got their visitors visa? I am a canadian citizen. I am asking because i want to know what they should tell the immigration about their reason for travel. They are not coming here to visit places but to visit me and their newborn grand daughter. Can they tell this reason to enter or this will be an issue ? Please reply

if I apply for TRV online, do i have to upload the documents checklist?
and also on the documents checklist, it says family information form imm5707e, but when i tried to apply online it says imm5645.
which one should i fill up and upload on the online form?

Did your parents book the tickets and let me know if the visitors are allowed or not.
My kid who is 1.5yrs of age who holds visitor status and me and my wife both are PR. Would like to bring back kid on visitor visa.

Yes your child can travel if they have a TRV if both parents are PRs.

they are from Bangladesh.
Also do i need to take any appointments to submit passport as it was not mentioned anywhere, not even in the PPR letter or the vfs site or it just walk-in with all necessary docs ?

My parents got the PPR for visit visa on 22 April 2021. In the PPR letter, it says they got 30 days to submit the passport to the Singapore Visa office from VFS in Bangladesh.
There is a lockdown going on in Bangladesh for Covid and VFS is closed until further notice so they might not be able to submit the password within 30 days.
Anyone can tell me which email address I can reach out to the Singapore Visa office to ask for PPR request time?
