Scores for FSW are 468+ so you will not get an invitation. Where does your sister live?

Can you be specific instead of “more than”. Or have you looked at the last draws if you fall above CRS scores?

I had 405 crs. I lost 5 points due to my age. I need to give ielts again and then recalculate my score. But its 397. I should be eligible for the PNP programs.

As is mentioned before my biggest concern are the 2 prior refusals and that too for 2 different programs.

Ok, OINP program doesn’t give points for family. Look at Saskatchewan. You want a score over 68 based on their points system.

I am thinking to reapply for PR again. Not sure how these 2 refusals would impact my application. I have never ever mis represented anything in both the applications and now I have the entire paperwork complete.

I am just afraid of getting another refusal, which I dont want.

Yes, since its complicated so a lawyer would be a better choice to deal with the cases.

It was 1062 as I had received 600 points from pnp

I had applied in the general pool and they picked me up.

Not sure can I do the same thing again. And what impact my refusals will have..
