So at this time point, can I add up my kids into application? total new application (myself+2 kids) ? Just submit another new application? CIC will receive two applications , first one is ONLY myself, second one is myself+2 kids. CIC can align them or combine them into one application ?

did you receive an AOR ? the best approach will be to withdraw your single application and send a new one as a family. If you did not receive an AOR yet honestly I don't know if sending second application as a family is a good idea.

No. I haven't received my AOR yet since I submitted the application on Apr 12, 2021.

Do you happen to know if the CIC website will pop up some button like 'withdraw' after status AOR and allow applicant to change or add or withdraw the application?

If you applied online I don't know how you can do that, below is the process on how to withdraw your application.

I would resend and add my kids with a loe, then send webform to cancel the first. But the best option now is to call IRCC for the appropriate next steps

Just an observation, for every month in the Google tracker there are ~90 applications whereas in April there are only 42 apps. I know that April is not yet over but still 42 won't go till 90...

Letter of explanation - Use it to include clarification around any info you would want the officer to better understand. So nothing specifics but everything you feel requires an explanation. In this case I would explain how I missed sending with my kids initially and request that the first be cancelled and this be treated as your app for you and the kids.

So back to your original question of adding your kids now. I did advise it’s best to call IRCC for direction ...have you done that yet? I don’t think sending the loe via webform would help since your current app does not include the kids. That’s why I said I would have resent a new app including my kids with a loe to explain the situation. For now, call them up for best directions on how to proceed. Hope that helps
