I applyed for septemper 2020 intake. And My acceptance letter will expire after 4 days, if expired will it have effect on my application ?

you mean visa application and college fees right? in that case as docs are valid as on the date of applying for visa, then no need to worry
No, I just payed a confirmation deposit of 500$ to receive my acceptance letter. And payed visa application fees.

I hope somebody can advice me here.
Here is a story lol - My friend applied for his study permit and as you know we always have agents in India, so this agent is doing everything for him. He applied for Jan 2021 in take. My friend had an official letter of acceptance from college. He paid college fee and gic is done as well. He had his biometric as well, that was on Jan 5, 2021. His classes were supposed to be start on Jan 4, 2021. He is not attending his classes (because as per his agent he don’t need to)...on Jan 23, 2021 he called my friend and asked for his all documents again. Did not tell the reason to him, just said sometimes immigration people lost your stuff, they would need again. After that date no response at all. Plus he do not have his IRCC info, so that he can check his application status. This agent is not giving to him. Any suggestions what should he do?? Or is there anyone in the same boat like him waiting for result of visa for Jan 2021 intake??

Mail the embassy of Canada near to you explaining the situation with the name of the agent, I am sure they will take it very seriously
And your friend believed his agent that he doesn’t need to attend classes? With all due respect, how do you expect to earn your degree without attending classes? That should have raised a red flag already...
