I called IRCC on March 24, 2021 & they told my status on that day was:

AOR- Feb 18, 2021
Eligibility - In Process
Criminality- Passed
Security- Passed
Info sharing- Not Started
Visa Office- Montreal

I Called IRCC again today (April 23, 2021) & surprise this is my status:

AOR- Feb 18, 2021
Eligibility: In process
Criminality: Passed
Security: Not Started
Info Sharing: Completed
Visa Office: Sydney, NS

I mean on which agent should I trust? In a month how my security from Passed went to not started? Change in the Visa Office (PS: Though he gave justification for that, every application is not processed at one VO, satisfied with answer though!) But where we are heading to?

Maybe you should order your GCMS notes? You would have them in 30 days and my guess is that it would be 100% accurate... This change is really strange. My advice is: be optimistic, trust the first agent haha

Already ordered on March 29th as I know my luck that there might be something wrong with the first agent, and see the result.

You'll see everything in the notes. Maybe both were right, something went wrong and they reversed the decision about security, I don't know, I'm only guessing. But I hope for you that the second agent was misinformed. Everything will be alright!!!

Hi all,
I am submitting my file through express entry next week . But i have an issue

There is a mistake in my name on my paystub and t4 . My last name starts with PADM but instead they entered it as PADAM. A letter was added extra to my last name on both ,paystub (for 12 months )and t4.
But my reference letter from my company has proper name on it

I asked my hr and she told she cant change those paystub that was already printed but she corrected my name and from next paystub my name will be proper.

so a LOE explaining by comparing both the situation( old paystub with mistake and new with proper ) will be enough?

And spelling errors on t4 will be an Issue?

Please help

Was it a problem when you filed your taxes? My guess is that if CRA was ok with the misspelling in your T4, IRCC will be too. But yes, explain in your LOE what happened. And if your HR made a mistake, you could make your case even stronger by having them confirm that. By the way, don't forget that T4 and pay stubs are not mandatory. It can't hurt to attach them, but the most important is that everything is ok with your reference letter

It said the same to me but I've never received it. When I wanted to check the status I sent them the temporary number and after 2 hours I received my notes.

Can you let me know please about what did you write to them when you followed up?

I have 2 applications in process (EE and paper based). I am going on mat leave in 2 weeks. Do I need to inform IRCC I am on mat leave or they will only need to know when I give birth to a child, that's it? Please share your experience. Thanks!
