Proof of foreign work experience

I have heard that for proof of foreign work experience they might ask for Pay stubs/ I would like to know if anyone has experience about other documents they might ask for? such as salary deposit in the bank account?? & what information should be mentioned in the pay stubs??

For federal (express entry), has any one faced that an officer asks for Insurance as a proof of Full time foreign work experience???!!

Only a full criteria reference letter is required and pay slips if you have them.
If you obtain reference letters then you are all set.

Only in non federal PNP streams some other documents might be required such as insurance and taxation etc..
