I gave rcmp upfront. So, no adr. Last GU was eligibility passed.

You can call IRCC agent and ask where your VO is. GU means Ghost Update

my file is currently processing in etobicoke v.o,
is it a normal visa office where files are processed , or only copr’s are being issued over there?
I have heard only files with some doubt are transferred to this v.o and usually people are called for interview. is it true?

FSW inland. Spoke to an agent today. VO Sydney, NS. Criminality in progress, nothing else started. She clearly said only CEC being processed on priority, for rest all we don't have the capacity so expect delays.
