Hi Seniors,

This may sound a weird situation and question. My address has

Below is the way I filled my most recent address in my PR application in 2017. I stayed there from May 2016 to March 2018

This address was very much traceable on Google Maps by name itself. Mistakenly I did not mention the physical plot number of the building nor name of the building. But now it it not traceable in Google maps because the paying guest accommodation has closed down due to the pandemic.

Now if I insert the new name of the building then the address would be read as on right side:

Earlier ...as per PR application (not traceable on Google)Present.. traceable on Google)
203-B,4th Floor
Stay Well Paying Guests (this the name of my paying guest accommodation. Now closed due due to pandemic)
Besides RPG E-Park, (this was a famous land mark. RPG closed due to pandemic)
Sion Circle
Hi-Power Road
City-1101023
203-B,4th Floor
Monte Carlo (New Name of the Building)
Besides E-Park, ( "RPG" was a landmark and has closed down)
Sion Circle (exits)
Hi-Power Road (exists)
City-1101023

Is it okay to mention it the earlier way or as per present the way ?

Regards

You can put the address in as following:

Earlier address - start date to end date
New address - start date to end date
Hi Icykool23,

Perhaps I could not explain my question well. Doing it again.

The physical place is the same. The paying guest accommodation where I stayed has closed and now the the name of the building has changed.

My question is that whether I should write the address as its old representation or the present representation.

I will write it as it was written when you were living there. I believe that is how it was also written on your utilities bills and your rent agreement, keep your information consistent with the period you lived there it doesn't matter how the place is called today.

Hi Das67,

Thjanks for your input.Makes sense.

In order to cover myself, do you suggest to mention this fact (giving both the old and new representation) , in the letter of explanation ?

You can do it either way, since you were concerned about it being an issue. I gave my opinion. Either way should be fine as you are trying your best to present facts as they are.
