OP failed to submit traffic history / license history. This is mandatory if you lived in certain parts of Australia.

I didn‘t mean that
For example I lived in Australia for a few years when I was a student and temporary resident and I didn’t have an Australian license because I was an indian citizen and at that time it was not mandatory for international students or tr to obtain an Australian driving license . And for the police clearance to submit to immigration an Australian Federal police check (criminal record) was enough.
