Noo. They haven't. Is still showing complete when I checked it immediately after the mail came in. But then they said I should expect the offer letter mail in next few weeks(why weeks again) when we literally have no time to apply for Sept intake
I don't know for them. Let me take it that the few weeks they are referring to won't pass Monday next week. So that one can submit application on time

CGPS will review and verify your admission file and will issue your official letter of acceptance. You should receive an e-mail notification within the next few weeks when your official letter of acceptance is ready.

I finally got the offer letter on 28th April. It took exactly 7 working days to recieve offer letter from date of recommendation mail.
