Hi Experts,
I applied for super visa for my father in July 2019 and got the super visa approved in the same month. Recently my father father died and never landed here. Now I am planning to apply super visa for my mother. My question is, Do i have to meet the income requirements including my deceased father because he is still on my sponsorship but he is no more? We are family of three, with my father was four. As I showed income requirements for four members when i sponsored him. Should I show the income requirements for 5 people or 4 people if I want to sponsor my mother now? Please suggest.

Thanks
Rayhan

I'm sorry to hear about your father.

To answer your question:

Do i have to meet the income requirements including my deceased father because he is still on my sponsorship but he is no more? - No

Should I show the income requirements for 5 people or 4 people if I want to sponsor my mother now? - Count your family (you+your Spouse+kids) + your mother

Income Table

I hope this may help you.

Hi Paul,
Thanks for your great reply. How would I make them believe that My father is no more as I am counting my income requirements for 4 family members for now excluding my father? Will they ask for death certificate for my father?

Thanks

SuperVisa Sponsorship works differently. You only need one year of income to get approval for Super Visa. Now your mother will be the principal applicant and this is going to the fresh application.

Yes, you have to provide a Death Certificate for your father, as you will be mentioning the Current marital Status of your mother as Widowed on the application form.

Good Luck!
