No all they say it is long wait. And the can't give a reason y September, November and October getting aor before august

When I call IRCC they are telling me that they received my file on Nov 13 but my file was delivered by canada post on AUG 28.
so my AR is Nov 13 ?
Anyone else with same issue?

Did they tell you over the phone or sent the letter? Or Did they provide temporary no.? My file also reached 28 Aug and no update yet. When i called them they gave me temporary no.

Call different agent and he will say different answer. You can trust them . But as they stopped issuing AORs so I think it’s true .

i dont think they stopped, because last week my friend got AOR, his AR was 15th Sept 2020.
