Hlo, I got invitation in recent draw of 417 and now I'm going to apply for my pcc but the address on my DL is different from my present address. What should I do now ? Thanks in advance.

Instead of using DL, use your bank statement or phone bill if the address is updated on them. I had the same issue and used bank statement.

Bro, their website says that no bank statements and I'm using prepaid mobile service so I don't have any phone bills. But I do have temporary licence with updated address which is again not acceptable because it is without photograph. Is there anything else I can do ?

i think you have misread it. The PCC checklist by BLS India has specific documents. Bank statements and utility bills are all accepted. i am attaching checklist for Vancouver jurisdiction below so you can see it for yourself.
