They really need to speed up paper-based applications, otherwise applicants will resort to other programs.

Hi All,
I am OINP inland under international student stream. My application was sent in mid September and until now no AOR yet. We all know recently IRCC did many changes , especially changed to online application and public policies application for international graduates for inland . Looks like we are ( paper applicants) stuck between old and new system. The worst past is we are in the dark and do not know what is happening with our process. We know we will get it one day, however, under WP has so many risks especially employment during these pandemic. To start the new application under public policies is required IELTS , cost and time again. Our energy are almost drained to restart it again.
So, I have decided to write open letter to Immigration Minister for petition and please let me know any of you want to support me. The more will be the better and stronger cases. I am going to write to CBC to write this issue so that more people aware and IRCC might help us.

I'm disappointed with processing times, you'd think that something as easy to verify as Canadian work experience (T4, Pay Stubs, etc) would have a similar processing time as CEC. I simply don't understand why? We're inland applicants, why aren't we being given the same priority as CEC or AIPP? Other paper-based streams have very reasonable processing times so I don't think paper is a valid excuse in this case.

I'm basically giving up on PNP, with CEC and the new pathways I can't see anyone choosing to wait 2 years stuck on the same company with 0 guarantees.

That’s why I’m gonna write to minister office, open letter to Mr Macro.
