So you are applying for a visitor visa for both. If your mother in law doesn’t have any of her own funds which is an issue for a visitor visa, why are you not applying for a super visa. Your mother doesn’t need an authorization letter but your brother-in-law does. Have they done biometrics? Depending where they live, offices may be closed. Why didn’t you apply a month ago.As I had been waiting for the doctor's note, I finally have received doctor's note, so now I can submit application for my brother and law and mother and law.
My brother and law has strong ties back home, wife, spouse, two kids and business. He has some balance in his bank account, he reason I want to give in the invitation letter is that he needs to travel to accompany my mother law because she is afraid of flying alone, and can not quarantine in hotel alone as she is afraid of loneliness. Besides, my brother in law will leave in a month. So, is this explanation good enough?
Secondly, my mother in law does not have bank account, and I will cover her stay and all things and even I will cover it for my brother in law, so the question is, does she still need a bank account if so, I don't have idea or clue on how to show money as we may not have enough funds and besides the account will be less than less than 1 month old even if I open it. Can any one clarify this part, if she needs to have her own bank account or not? In the letter I will say that my brother in law has balance in his account and they are traveling together, so will that be enough?
1. Brother - the issue, and I can’t say, is whether his travel is seen as essential just to accompany your mother-in-law to Canada. He needs the visitor visa and authorization to travel. He has his own funds and not bringing his family which give him strong home ties.
2. Mother-in-law - not having any of her own funds and bank accounts is an issue. Again, supervisa may be the best idea.
