My case is a little complicated. In detail, i used to apply following the Skilled worker program 10 years ago. All the document or my application number was lost with my old email which was hacked. I have no clue about that now. Today, When I open profile for express entry, there was a question " Has you applied for Express Entry before". My question is that should I answer yes or no. If i said yes, They will ask" Please provide the Express Entry file number" , I have no idear about the number because it was 10 years ago and my old email was lost as well.
COuld you please give advice that :
There is any way I can ask to request about the history of application in CIC, Or should I say " No" because I am not sure that it was counted as 1 time of application for Express entry or not.but If I say " Yes", I have no idea about the Express entry number because i lost all information about this. Could you please help me in this issue? Many thanks!!!
