Hello and thank you for your response!

If i am eligible for this new policy, i will apply to this. However, i have another question about education.
The program says;
one or more diploma/certificate/attestation where the following conditions are met:
  • For diplomas/certificates/attestations, each program of study must be at least 8 months in duration and the combined length of the credential(s) must be equivalent to a two-year credential (at least 16 months in duration).
I have 2 post grad certificates from centennial college. Each program was 1 year and i did two. I have marketing magement for 1 year and Marketing research & analytics for 1 year also which granted me a 3 year pgwp already.

While the policy says "combined length must be equivalent to a 2 year credential at least 16 months", I am eligible for this since i have 2 (1+1) post grads ?

Another question, can i book and have my medical exams before creating the profile?

Thanks a lot!!
Do we need to get a medical certificate when applying for pr from inside canada? It Wasn't on the mentioned requisites(?)

it was not mentioned but i think medical exam is a necessity. Also, i am not sure if postgraduate programs are eligible for this program. On canadavisa assessment, Canada Immigration: How to Stay in Canada in 2021 | Canadavisa.com it asks you some questions to know if you are eligible or not.

The question is:
Is your Canadian degree an Associate, Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree of at least 8 months in duration?
YesNo

I don't have bachelor or phd or master in Canada. I only have postgraduate for 16 months. Do you think am i eligible ? Is postgrad an associate degree?

Did you get a diploma with your postgrad? As long as you graduated from a designated learning institution, completed the 16 months, and got some kind of (credential)diploma/certificate/attestationyou should be good.

I believe you fall on this category:

"a degree, diploma, certificate, or attestation issued on completion of a program of any duration leading to an occupation in a skilled trade (listed in Annex A); or
one or more diploma/certificate/attestation where the following conditions are met:
For diplomas/certificates/attestations, each program of study must be at least 8 months in duration and the combined length of the credential(s) must be equivalent to a two-year credential (at least 16 months in duration)."
I hope this helped!

I would like to emphasize here the word "OR" on the next sentence:

a degree, diploma, certificate, or attestation issued on completion of a program of any duration leading to an occupation in a skilled trade (listed in Annex A); OR
one or more diploma/certificate/attestation where the following conditions are met.........

:

No problem, also if you want to feel more secure about it try this new online tool they released to find out if you're elegible.
https://www.canadavisa.com/essentialpr.html#gs.yiq90g
Yes, i tried that and that tool confused me. It asks me the following:

2) Is your Canadian degree an Associate, Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree of at least 8 months in duration?
YesNo

- I have postgraduates (2 programs and 1 year each total of 16 months). I don't have canadian bachelor, master or doctorate. Is postgraduate eligible to this ?

Thank you!

Hello everyone,

I am also eyeing the new pathway for essential workers. Would any of you know if it's going through EE? or another application link will be opened? Also, it doesn't say anything about POF so I assume it's not a requirement.

We don't know at this time about your first question.

I don't think POF will be required since this wasn't mentioned in the requirements.
