One of my friend wants to order the GCMS notes by himself. He has the representative where the primary mailing and email address is of him, not my friend's. He doesn't want that his lawyer to be informed about that. My friend is in Canada and wants to order it from Canada.

Your representative will not get any message or email while you apply for Gcms note. Just put your email id and they will send the note on that email id. I have representative and I applied for note and got it safely. I Hope it helps you.

Hi there is that under new policy for applying PR. Can you share the link how to apply and what docs would be needed for this. Would really appreciate it, asking for a friend

Depends on which stream your friend is following and the province where your friend is living. All different man, when you apply for Provincial Nomination just like you did, for example, will need the CLB4 English test for Noc C,D, CLB5 for NOC O,A,B, then you have a Nomination Certificate and will be invited to apply PR paper-based, then, you don't have to submit English test because you've already passed the Provincial Nomination which needed English test.

If apply for Express Entry under CEC stream, or whatever stream, a valid English test result is mandantory.

I have not seen an application without an English test, to be honest... Hope this helps.

Did you check the status for review of background in Gc key??

Mine was "processing" but now it is back to "in progress" that means it has not started yet also IRCC rep said criminality is not passed yet. It was passed when I checked it last month over the phone....

Yes, I need an English test when I Apply for the nomination certificate under skilled worker stream. I'm living in Halifax, NS. That's why i told him that depends on the province. Also, to be clear, NO, you won't need the English test for PNP Pr paper-based. But, How do you apply for PNP pr paper-based without a provincial nomination certificate? How do you get a nomination certificate without an English test? I'm curious.
here is a proof when i apply for a nomination certificate (NOC B, skilled worker ,in NS), after that, i got an email attached with Nomination Certificate and invitation to apply PNP paper based application. https://ibb.co/rxg3ZZT
I don't know how other provinces doing, just my own experience.

Guys.. I applied for PR from outside Canada (under PNP (Manitoba) category by mail). My medicals were done 1.5 month ago which was e-medicals so, the doctor sent them to IRCC electronically. Currently my application status is showing 50% done. I just submitted the medical sheets given by the doctor 2 days ago using webform.

So,

1. How long IRCC may take to update the status of my medical results?? and where can I see it??
2. Once the medicals are passed, how long it may take to complete the background check and approve the PR??
3. Also can someone provide the contact number to reach IRCC from USA??
