What are the requirements for traveling with kids (8 and 6 yrs old) with PR status? Given that I, the mother, will travel with them to Canada. This is their first entry.

If the father is not traveling with you, then you need a letter of authorization allowing the children to travel.

Of course if you are planning to traveling now, you'll also need to meet the various COVID related requirements including the hotel quarantine.
