Completed 2 years Diploma in 2015, do I Qualify?

I completed 2 years diploma in 2015 and was working on work permit which was expired in 2018

I recently received a work permit. do I quality under "New Pathway to Permanent Residency?

To be eligible, workers must have at least 1 year of Canadian work experience in a health-care profession or another pre-approved essential occupation. International graduates must have completed an eligible Canadian post-secondary program within the last 4 years, and no earlier than January 2017.

If you have a year of Canadian work experience in one of the essential occupations, maybe. You are not eligible for your education.

I may not qualify on education but I do have experience in Category B for more than 2 years; but I don't see NOC 1215 (Supervisor);

what options can I try ?

You don’t have options if your education isn’t eligible (you didn’t graduate within the last 4 years) and your NOC isn’t listed.
