ECA - Distance Education Clarification

Hi,
I have completed BCA Degree as Full Time course (3 Years) and Masters - MCA - of 3 years. But My masters is through Distance Education from SASTRA University. It is UGC approved university as well. I've heard WES is not accepting Masters (my case, its through Distance Education). Does IQAS accepts Masters taken through Distance Education? Which one should i opt for?
Could someone please advice?

Yep, I'm doing CES. Hopefully this going to be a better option than IQAS
