When you reach 18 weeks raise a webform for status but don’t expect a response due to volume. There is nothing you can do. No one can give you any ideas as you must wait. Many factors are at issue - did you apply alone or with multiple family members (kids, spouse).

I know that it may take long time but really that make me depressed

I am not sure why you are depressed.
Firstly, Canada does not owe you or promised you anything. The timelines given are approximate and due to current pandemic situation there are delays.
Secondly, are you aware there are high chances of rejection of visas from Saudi Arabia for expats? It is due to instability of jobs for the expats due to Saudization.
Since you have applied with your family now the chances gets weaker. If waiting makes you depressed I don't know what a rejected file will make you.
There are people who are getting rejections and reapplying multiple times. Have patience and trust in god.

I just mentioned that I want to complete my postgraduate study, and I have a full scholarship from university in Canada. So I want my family with me
