You have to talk to IRCC and ask them which application you should use, I recall they asked in May to use only the online app, but it's better to talk to them.

Hi, I suggest you call CIC once, to make sure. However, I called them one month ago and they suggested me to do it by paper not online. extension of PGWP has to be by paper. I suggest you renew yu passport as soon as possible. Then the extension of PGWP is the same as the initial application for PGWP. form imm5710, the same checklist, the copy of completion letter for the last Canadian degree, the copy of new passport, transcript, the copy of current PGWP, letter of explanation. They sent me these two links for guidance and also you can find the mailing address.

Correct me if I'm wrong, the application of the first PGWP is the same as the extension?
Did you apply for as a work permit for the same employer or restore my status as a worker? Did you change your answers from the your application of PGWP?

would you please tell me how much is the application fee for PWGP extension? I checked (for work permit extension) it was 155 but im not sure.

I applied for an extension of PGWP by mail and also attached a letter specifying the reason for application. I would like to know in how much time did you get your new work permit? The website specifies 121 days.
