Summary... Anyone, including cashiers, janitors, doctors etc. who are in Canada for minimum 1 year and who can apply for this PR stream from within Canada can apply without any invitation to apply. IELTS 4 score required which is a bare minimum proficiency. This scheme will run til Nov 5 2021.

Should I do medical exam and biometric after AOR if I have did medical exam and biometric in work permit? Both are within valid period.

for inland applicants, are we all getting PAL before DM or not? I'm just confused about who should be receiving PAL.

But my MP was yesterday ( aupfront sent by post reached ircc office 5 feb )

I got email to check my gc key account
and upon checking it was pal

Good for you as you just passed your medical and now eligibility. Only security has been left, I believe. You will get COPR soon anytime. Good luck buddy.

But anyway i called ircc and rep told me (she was very polite and understanding though) that everything else is passed just security left , And don't know when is that going to start ...

and i called them lot of times but in a while now
Applied gcms in feb around 10 12 i think
And as per notes criminality and info sharing was in process
eligibility not started medical not started
security not started
