Somewhere I feel like immigration might have lost august application packages after issuing temporary AOR that’s why mid august applications has been badly ignored.... did someone call ircc to check what’s going on with august applications
Are they still processing them or they just move forward

They must have all gone to one officer who may have resigned or on leave or is re-assigned to other tasks like replying to emails and underline the words "Its just COVID delay. Be a patient and get admitted and wait 'patient'-ly"

Summary... Anyone, including cashiers, janitors, doctors etc. who are in Canada for minimum 1 year and who can apply for this PR stream from within Canada can apply without any invitation to apply. IELTS 4 score required which is a bare minimum proficiency. This scheme will run til Nov 5 2021.
