It really depends on which visa office it goes too. Some VO's request it early in the process and others closer to the end. Personally, they should all do closer to the end to avoid people having to do it twice. It's expensive.

My ecas changed to Application Received for the PA, finally. Hamdoulla. Hope it goes back to In Process quickly.
If you book the ticket as part of your proof make sure it's refundable and yes provide the letter from your employer that you are granted a leave and expected back on such and such date.
For me, it was the next day. Don't know if thats common or not
Sponsor side only changes from in process to decision made.
I don't think so, probably depends on the visa office... but just trying to get an idea if most people are waiting weeks or months for this.
