visitor visa from the USA

I have applied for a visitor visa for my husband on Jan 20, 2021.
His PR is under process (Applied in March 2020).
Do let me know if anyone got a visitor visa from the USA in 2021 and similar to my condition.

Spouses of PRs and citiizens usually have difficulty getting TRVs. What is his status in the US and what proof does he have that he won't remain in Canada permanently?

Ha has full time job and H1B status.
Other than bank balance and stable job, we do not have other prof that says he would not stay in canada.

Does he have proof of a place to live in the US?

Yes, he has, he lives in a rental apartment.

He should bring proof that he has a lease and an apartment to return to.
