Hmmm....you do this at your own risk.... if they find that and they will when they get your passport, that you have left, you can be in a bad situation

In Immigration forms, there is an option 'Returning Student', so I think we can use that to apply for Study permit outside canada

You still need to apply for a new permit. Did you graduate? When does your TRV expire?

No, I still have one year of study left. TRV and study permit is expiring on same date.

When does it expire? So if you are outside Canada, you need a study permit and TRV. Because you are outside Canada, when you apply for a study permit then the TRV is processed at the same time. You can’t extend a study permit outside Canada or use a friend’s Canadian address because you need the TRV too.
