I'm Ezza, and I did verification from Wes. They give me in writing 4 year becholar degree and two year diploma. My ielts result is 8777.
I want to know can I apply in express entry program???
And how I enter my application?? From last 3 days Canada.ca website is not working giving error.

Right on the main login page, it says it is down for maintenance overnight so wait a few hours and try again. It is always open.
