I read already, I'm not in the on-demand occupation list. I have one way ,to get MPNP exploratory visit. But i don't know how to get . Or did I understand wrong? Can someone help me to clarify this moment?
You can still apply if you aren't on the list. You just need to fill in the application form.
They will assess your form and get in touch with to you, if you are successful you may be offered an exploratory visit.

Did u receive any reply from them finally..I m daily waiting for a email, and when each day passes by, I feel less chances of being invited

Only you can answer that question. It depends on what services, characteristics etc are important to you and your family.
For example if you have children, there are good schools here and the low crime rate is safe for raising a family.
Morden has other services such as a recreation center with a museum and ice skating.
There are also a lot of employers looking for workers, so plenty of job opportunities.
