@legalfalcon i have a US visa in my passport..I haven't in past and have no intention to travel under this visa for personal reasons..i haven't mentioned anything about this visa in LOE..will there be any problem for this? was it necessary to explain it in LOE?

Having a visa or another country has no significance on your PR application. However, if you have ever travelled in the last 10 years, or have had a visa refused, you have to mention it in your application.

However, when you upload your passport, make sure you upload a scan of all pages that has any markings / visas / entry-exit stamps.

thanks for ur reply..I haven't been refused for any visa..i have uploaded all the pages of my current passport and mentioned my travel history correctly in the section..about this visa i was approved last year as dependent but it will be invalid as i am separated now..I haven't mentioned it in LOE..will it create any problem in my application?

There is nothing known as a dependent visitor's visa. Only if your received a visa based on your spouse's visa, i.e. w authorisation to work if your spouse is on H1B, or a green card (PR) based on your spouse being a US, PR, then such visas are subject to your spouse's visa validity, but just being separated doe snot mean your visa is cancelled or invalidated.

You do not have to explain this. Just a copy of your passport with all page markings and visas.

Also, you have to disclose about your divorce and submit documents as required.

Yes already done long time ago but i didn't check me status from 1 month
