No Email even after 4 days of Ecase update. Is this normal?

Hi,

Below is updated on my ecase but still I have not received any communication.

"We sent you correspondence on April 7, 2021. If you have not yet provided the information or the requested documents, please do so as soon as possible. Please wait until you receive the correspondence before sending us additional information, as the correspondence will outline all information that is required."

I called IRCC on Friday and she said you should receive email within two days of ecase update but still nothing. She said its my FP and I should wait for the communication before going for FP.

Sometimes they send it via regular mail too, but if you don't receive it by Tuesday (Apr 13), I would call again and ask them to re-send the correspondence.
